特別選用來自義大利的 100% 純棉 HBT（Herringbone Twill）人字斜紋面料。
布面透過特殊的人字斜紋組織，形成清晰而富有立體感的紋路，相較一般平織棉布，具有更加鮮明的結構與粗獷質感。

本次特別採用 Garment Dye 成衣套染工藝，先將布料製作成完整服裝後再進行染色。
由於 HBT 本身具有高低起伏的織紋結構，染料在不同組織、車縫與接縫位置產生自然的吸色差異，使成衣表面呈現不規則且富有層次的深淺色階。

這種色彩並非刻意印製出的效果，而是由布料組織、染色與成衣結構共同產生的自然變化。
隨著穿著與洗滌，純棉纖維也會逐漸產生更加自然的褪色與使用痕跡，讓每件服裝形成略有不同的表情。

HBT 原有的軍裝與工裝氣息，結合義大利面料細膩的織造質感與成衣染工藝，使整體兼具粗獷、復古與細緻感，並隨時間逐漸展現更具個人特色的 Vintage Aging。
